Cite While You Write is not currently compatible with Office 2016/Office 365 on Macintosh, which will result in the Endnote toolbar tab not appearing in the Word menu. A patch for EndNote X7 is being developed to fix the compatibility issue, with a release anticipated for Winter 2015.

The most current version of EndNote is X7.4. If you have an older version you can upgrade and transfer your references by downloading X7 through your AU Portal, as described under the downloading EndNote tab, and then EndNote should prompt you to upgrade to X7.4.
