The purpose of this guide is to help undergraduates with beginning their research. While this guide is not focused on a specific topic/subject, it is useful in terms of familiarizing yourself with the resources and services available at Bender Library.

1. American University Library- Your gateway for research, books, and various services

2. Research Commons- From the Writers Workshop to the Technology Support Desk, there are a couple of services available for your research. Located conveniently on the main level of Bender Library

3. AU Library Catalog- This catalog can be used to locate and/or request books at the library and other institutions in the area

4. How Do I? If you have questions on how to check out library materials or check your library account online, this page provides that and other tutorials
