Abouna. 2002, 1 videodisc (84 min.).  After two young Chadian boys discover their father has abandoned them, they embark on a desperate quest to bring him home. CHAD.  DVD 1270

Daratt = Dry season. 2006, 1 videodisc (96 min.). The government of Chad granted amnesty to war criminals in 2006, following forty years of civil strife.  Atim, age 16, is given a revolver by his grandfather so that he may find and kill the man who killed his father.  Atim quickly locates Nassara, now married and living as a baker in a nearby village.  Pretending to be looking for work, Atim is hired as an apprentice baker.  Despite his disgust, Atim gradually recognizes the father figure he has always needed.  Nassara sees the teenager as a potential son and one day proposes adoption. Daresalam = Let there be peace. 2000, 1 video file (100 min.). This feature film focuses on two young men caught up in the Civil War in Chad. It begins in the 1970s with the story of Koni and Djimi as the central government invades their village and insistes on buying the farmer's millet at below market and then browbeats the villagers into paying taxes to help fight the war. When they resist the government burns the village and massacres the inhabitants. Djimi, wounded, remains behind with the hard-liners, while Koni joins a faction which supports compromise with the government. CHAD. Streaming video.

Grigris. 2013, 1 videodisc (101 min.).  Despite a paralyzed leg, Grigris, 25 year old, dreams of being a dancer. A challenge. But his dreams are dashed when his uncle falls critically ill. To save him, Grigris resolves to work for petrol traffickers. CHAD.  DVD 6746 and Streaming video.

A screaming man. 2010, 1 videodisc, 1 streaming video. (102 min.).  Expectations: The tale of Moussa, recently returned to his village after an unsuccessful trip to the desert and confronted by the men who lent him money for the journey. Un homme qui crie: When a hotel in Chad is taken over by foreign owners, Adam, a former swim champ, is forced to give up his job at the pool to his young son. Meanwhile, the country is at war, and Adam makes a rash decision he will forever regret. Includes bonus features.
