When allowed, users can download derivatives (i.e. jpg) directly from Islandora.
Individuals needing preservation masters (i.e. tif) can request them from AU Archives (archives@american.edu).
Audio and video files (except for the Greg Smith Sound Effects Collection) can be streamed but not downloaded.
