Basic Camera Skills
Learn the basics of operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras. Equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own camera.

Learn the basics of setting up and shooting video. Equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Basic Audio Skills
Learn the basics of using different pieces of audio equipment (audio recorders, wireless microphones, podcasting microphones). Equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Interviews
Learn how to record video and audio interviews (planning, setting up, recording, and editing). Builds on the fundamentals discussed in the Basic Video Skills and Basic Audio Skills workshops, but attendance at all three is not required.
Intro to Lighting
Learn the basics of lighting for photography and videography. Equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Take Your Own Headshots
Learn how to use Media Services equipment and the library's Simple Studio to take your own headshots. Equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own camera.
What Camera Should I Use?
Learn the which camera to use for various projects: vacation photos, interviews, creative photography, and more. Equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own camera.
