1. Use Advanced Search
2. Change the field to search in to "Subject" in the first row. In the Search for: box, type one of these words or phrases:
Sources, Records, Personal Narratives, Correspondence, Diaries
3. Type another term relating to your topic in the second box. You can add a third term in the third box if you want.
4. If you are looking for works by a person, use Advanced Search, change the field to search in to "Author," and type in the person's name, last name first.
