SearchBox Search Alerts via RSS feeds

Searchbox offers RSS feeds for specific searches, without creating a login or an account.

Once you create a search and narrow it to your specifications, use the RSS button to add it to your feed reader. You will be notified anytime research matching your search criteria is added.

Google Scholar Alerts

Google Scholar offers  email alerts, with a Gmail account. Select the alert icon above the Google Scholar logo. Log in to your Google account or create a new one and select create alert.

Search Term Alerts

Some databases require you to create a profile or account in order to store your searches. You can then create an email alert or RSS feed so that any new articles that meet your search criteria are sent to you. Keep in mind that the username and password for the databases are not affiliated with AU library. If you were to encounter issues with the username/password, you would need to contact that database directly.
