Requesting a Ballot
- There is “no excuse” absentee ballot voting.
- Forms:

- On the ballot you must have two signed witnesses or a notary public. If you are a member of the AU Community, you can contact Gwendolyn Reece (greece@american.edu) to set up an appointment and have your ballot notarized. You must sign IN FRONT of your witnesses/notary.
- You must include a copy of an acceptable state ID with your ballot: Voter ID | NCSBE
- Ballot must be RECEIVED by Election Day by mail or delivered by hand to the County Board of Elections: https://vt.ncsbe.gov/BOEInfo/
