Requesting a Ballot

• There is “no excuse” absentee ballot voting.
• In your application, you MUST include the number you included in your registration: your OK driver's license number or your OK state ID number or the last 4 digits of your social security number.  You can submit multiple numbers, so long as one of them is the correct one.
• Forms:

  • Print Form: Oklahoma Absentee Ballot App
    • Send to your county board of elections:County Election Boards (oklahoma.gov)

Voting

• Instructions for filling out your Absentee Ballot: Standard_Instructions.pdf (oklahoma.gov)
• An affidavit must be notarized with the ballot.  If you are a member of the AU community, contact Gwendolyn Reece [greece@american.edu] to set up an appointment to notarize your ballot.  You must sign in front of the notary.
