Requesting a Ballot

• No excuse mail ballots
• Any registered voter in PA may request a Mail-in Ballot – to be sent to their permanent address. • Picture ID needed if the voter did not include a PA Driver’s license, PennDOT or SSN on application

Voting

• Be sure to use BOTH the two envelopes provided - the secrecy sleeve AND the mailing sleeve.  Your ballot will be rejected if one is missing.

• Your signature needs to match the signature on file with the state (e.g. if you use a middle initial or not)
